Return To You

Reflection is so critical to my journey.
I reflect when I want to remind myself of how far God has brought me.
I reflect to ensure old habits aren’t creeping up.
One of my favorite books, Dear Sonali Letters to the Daughter I Never Had by Judge Lynn Toler encourages reflection. Honestly, how else are you going to know which screws are loose and require tightening unless you perform an inspection?
Reflection is your minds way of inspecting your life experience.
My reflection today reminded me of what I owed myself. I owe it to myself to show up for me on a daily basis. Showing up can look different from day to day and that’s perfectly fine. Today I went to the gym, worked on lead generation, went grocery shopping and I feel like a complete Rockstar! I showed up for me and what Ineisha Needed!

Questions:
What reflections ground you?
How are you showing up for you?
